After reboot not working and has strange orange light?

I rebooted my router and now when it turns on nothing happens.
Has 3 solid lights and the button is orange. This is immediately after plugging in router. Not flashing occur like normally.
I even tried to do a factory reset holding it down over 1 minute and nothing happens.
I unplugged for over 2 mins and plugged in. No change.

Apologies for the unpleasant situation.
I have verified your modem in my tools and it appears to be fully offline, although there are no issues with the network grid registered.
Please unplug the modem from the power source and leave it so while verifying if the coaxial cable is tightly screwed on both ends, then plug the modem in a different power outlet. If you are still encountering this issue, please reach us directly to perform a few more tests with you.
