Problème internet LTE mobile
Can't uses my data on my cellphone except with Messenger and Facebook but can use mail on my iphone. Data available on my account.

Try to check if you disable the mobile data for that applications.
You can also try to reboot the phone
Go to Settings > Cellular, then turn Cellular Data on or off for any app that can use cellular data
Reboot the phone too.
You can contact Fizz support by chat for help
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
And what about other apps (ie. google map, Spotify, etc) ?
This link could also help you. On iphone, you can chose which apps have access to data. You should have a look:
Make sure that you did your apn configuration right

First,, have you tried to turn off your iphone and reboot it after?
