Hi Mourad
Can you try the speed with the Fizz's application?
Did you remove all the plastic from the modem?
Can you try to reboot the modem?
If nothing help, contact the support, they can test the line remotely.

Hi Mourad
Please unplug the Fizz modem from the wall outlet for 2 minutes. Then restart it and try a speedtest using a device connected to the modem by ethernet cable.
If the problem continues, you can try factory reset of the modem by pressing and holding down the small button behind the modem for 10+ seconds with a sharp object like paper clip.
Keep in mind that the maximum speed of your plan is the total bandwidth speed shared among all users in your home. If you require higher speed, you can opt to upgrade your plan speed to 200 Mbps.

Hello Mourad,
Apologies for the unpleasant situation.
I have verified the modem on my end, and all the signals we see from it are within our functioning norms and there are no issues with the network grid registered that can affect your services.
I have looked over the wi-fi connection as well and there are 4 devices connected which can affect the speed you receive. Please try the speed test with only one device connected and if the speed issue still persists, do follow the suggestions received from Fizzy
Thank you for your understanding.
Have a good day.
