Hi Émya
you need your modem, remember you are responsible for the modem.
Tomorrow they only check the line if you already have a coaxial cable, or they will install the cable.
You need to connect your modem in order to have internet7 -
Hi Émya
If you activated a brand new plan, then the technician will have the modem for you:

If you put in a move request (and maybe even changed your plan), you are responsible to bring the modem to your new place:

If you still have a modem from a cancelled plan, you need to return the modem to Fizz or you will be charged $150 + taxes:

If you want to contact Fizz, you can Live chat with support at any time 24/7:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open one of the help links mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -
HI Émya,
You can't just leave a modem behind.
You will have to get it back for your new appartement or to return it if it is a different account, otherwise you will be billed 150$ for it.
If the new tenants in your previous location want a Fizz modem, they will have to order one and activate a new account under their names.6 -
Hi Émya,
I can see that you placed a moving order for your plan so you definitely need to bring your modem with you as you can also see clearly in the instructions from our FAQ:

Thank you very much for your understanding.
Have a good one!
