To reach Fizz
First, connect to your fizz account. And click on a help page as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.

It sounds like your dad wants to create a Fizz mobile plan by transferring his number from another provider? What confirmation email are you referring to?
If he made the port transfer request along with the plan activation, but the transfer has failed. He can contact Fizz support to retry the transfer request again.
If he activated a Fizz plan and forgot to port his number over, he would have to unsubscribe from that plan. Once that plan is cancelled, he can reuse the Fizz SIM card (there might be a waiting period) to activate a new Fizz plan.5 -

Sure thing, we can help you to reactivate the same SIM card under his plan.
Just contact us on chat as we will need a few personal information in order to do so.
Please provide us with the activation code for the new SIM card and with a picture of an ID piece where I can see his name and Canada home address. This will enable us to verify his identity and change the SIM card on his account from our end.
