No home internet !!! DNS SERVER NO FOUND

I don't have home internet. DNS server no found. How can help? my wife has exam!!!

Sorry you are having internet issues.

Did you check the modem led status? If one of the 2 arrows is flashing or off, it means a problem with the cable signal, then you need to check the coaxial cable connection or contact Fizz to check the signal remotely.

If it is a dns problem did you try to use public dns?
Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
