Call and text don’t work?

Hi,
Both of our cellphone with fizz don’t work properly.. 4 on 5 calls don’t work, we can’t even call each other...
For texts messages, only imessage works, SMS don’t.
It’s been this way since last thursday and it’s really frustrating, we have important phone call the make (for work and personal) and most of the time it doesn’t work. We tried restarting our phone (and network), our iphones are up to date.. we try everything..What’s the problem?

Sorry you are experiencing phone issues.
1. First check your account to make sure your plans are up-to-date.
2. It could be a problem at your location. Try changing the network setting on your phone. Use 3G instead of LTE or vice versa.
Finally do contact Fizz support as this situation is abnormal.

I checked from our end and everything appears to be fine with your mobile plans.
If you're encountering service usage difficulties, please turn ON Airplane mode and then turn it back OFF, turn on Data roaming and then turn it back OFF, make sure you're connected to Fizz, turn OFF the Wi-Fi, make sure that your IOS is up to date and if neither of these steps helps you out, please pop out the SIM card from your phone then pop it back in, restart the phone and then reset the mobile network settings:
Settings → General → Reset → Reset network settings
