    I also kindly wish to tell you that I checked your account and saw that no referral bonus was added upon the first subscription of the account. A referral code can only be added during the very first subscription on a Fizz account, whether it's a mobile or internet one, as you can also see here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-kind-of-rewards-do-i-earn-for-inviting-friends
    In order to change a plan, you can follow the instructions already provided by our members, however it will be needed first for the plan payments to pass, then the adjust plan option will appear in My Plans - Manage Plan. Any plan change is effective at the beginning of the next payment cycle.
