Payment refused but receipt said approved

Why is it so hard , ok ure 100% internet but if we all join together to the crtc we can have you closed. Make it simpler , I need this service to work so if payment is refused I need support. Covid changed everything. Time for you guys to change too.

2- The green bubble with the question mark should appear in bottom right of the page
3- Click on the green bubble and select chat or any other option (only the chat is synchro)0 -

No message from them, payment wasnt taken on the card. Service suspended. Fizz is great up until u have a small issue and it become a major issue. This is garbage im so angry I think ill go back to my old provider. I just camt believe they have the right to operate. This is just non sense0
