Thank you so much for your message.
I checked your account and saw that the payment was successful on December 10th and your plan is active and in good standing. You are also able to see that the payment was successful by going to My Plans >> Transaction History. For more information on how to check your transactions, you can take a look at our page: https://fizz.ca/en/transaction-history
After manually making the payment, as Mike stated also, indeed it can take up to 2 hours in order for the system to process the transaction. You will find all the necessary information on the FAQ he provided, with how to fix a payment issue.
