Setting up my adress.. it is not recognized properly...

Hi, I was using fizz last year.. at my adress.. but now i came back to canada and want to set it up again with same adress but it says I'm outside subscription area.. and the system doesn't recognize my adress properly I live at :
3160 6e Rang, St-Calixte
J0K1Z0, Qc, Canada
It says it's in subscription are on map.. but the computer seems confused.. can someone help me with that please?

This is a public forum, I will avoid posting your address.
For the MAP you under the mobile subscription area but you are closed to an unsubscribing zone, probably it can be the problem
You can also contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
