"The application functionality is currently disabled by your Service Provider" can you help!?
I don't have internet since yesterday and I don't get why. When I try connecting from my phones wifi, it says that "there is no access" and when I try opening the fizz app, it tells me "Application support not enabled. The application functionality is currently disabled by your Service Provider. For further help, please contact your service provider support center." I need internet ASAP. Can you send someone for help or somehow fix it from your end?

you have a problem with the signal coming from the coaxial cable.
Check if the cable is well connected, try to reboot the modem but it seems a problem in your area
