Why i cant use my internet rebate? it says there's is an error

can you try a different browser, if it is a perks copy the exact error message and contact the support
If you are talking about the referral code, try to type in and not copy and paste
But I believe that you need to contact the support
you can contact Fizz support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm
1- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program
2- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page
3- Click on the green bubble and select chat if not available pick some other method
This is also a good time to join Fizz as they are giving $50 bonus credit to new customers

If you are referring to a Fizz Perk that you received, please make sure you meet the eligibility requirements and you have activated a new home internet plan. Some other customers experienced problems as well. Make sure to take some screenshots of the Perk and error message in case you will need to provide proof.
If the problem continues, you can Live chat with Fizz support from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.11 -

I can see that you have two rebates available for your Internet plan.
Can you please tell me what error do you receive exactly when you try to activate one of them?
