@Fizzy - thank you for sharing this behaviour with us. You're all right and it's unacceptable and we will make it right. We have already warned certain members, but I guess we needed to do more, and we will!

In this case, the culprit is not very bright. The person chooses to change their name and avatar, but does not realize they are still the same user.
