Why there is a constant internet disconnection?

Hi, there is a problem with connecting my laptops to the internet all the time. Even resetting the Modem does not help. and it is so annoying during the meetings. How can I talk to a technician to solve this problem?

Probably is a wifi settings
Can I suggest to disable the band steering and the ATF
This change can also be applied through the Wi-Fi modem user interface:
1. Log in at: 192.168.0.1 from the web browser of any device.
2. Log in using the following information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: xxxxxxxx (Password you chose during initial setup)
3. Go to the next section to apply changes:
Wireless → General Settings → 5GHz → Band Steering (Disable)

Can you please tell us if those disconnections occur even when you're on a cabled(Ethernet connection) or just on Wi-Fi?
