No Internet, maintenance?

My modem doesn't get an internet signal. Everything is light up except the internet signal and download icon. I paid my bill like usual, rebooted my modem, factory reset it. Is there maintenance? If so, do we have an estimate to know when it's gonna be back up?

Hi Samantha
It seems a problem in your sector, only the support can check this for you.
You can also try this, unplug the modem from the power outlet and verify if the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in both ends, preferably to fully unscrew from both sides, then connect it back in to make sure it is properly connected.
You can also contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
You can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)6 -

Do not hesitate to contact Fizz support if internet is not back up soon.
Sometime it is easier to reach them by Facebook Messenger than by chat.6 -
