My friend wants to create an account but it seems that she has been unable to do so in the past few days, is it normal?

Your friend can try clearing their browser cache and open a new tab in private mode.
Or try using a different browser or with another device.
Also some email address domains are not permitted, like those from other providers e.g. videotron.ca, sympatico.ca
Let us know when your friend is able to sign-up.
Like fizzy said, maybe check for an other email adress.
Your friend could also contact Fizz by chat if necessary.
First log into Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.

Is your friend seeing an error message on the screen?
I have had problems logging in to my account or posting a question to this forum, trying another browser or resetting my browser to factory settings often solved the issue. Software...it often breaks and needs a reset.
We're sorry to hear about this. I see you were able to reach us regarding this as well and that your friend tried with more addresses, however the situation is ongoing.
It's possible the account was already created with an email, which is why the system won't allow you to sign up again with it. In this case, I suggest checking the email including the spam folder, to see if a validation mail was received and activate the account. For more information, you can also check our page:
As Fizzy suggested as well, it's a good idea to clear the browser's cache and cookies and try in Incognito mode as well.
