How to paid my bills if direct deposit?

I got 2 months am not able to pay. Because It’s direct deposit. Can the bills be resend to me so that I can clear it up?

    You can use a Visa or MasterCard credit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
    1- including Visa or MasterCard prepaid cards which accept recurring payments
    2- including also Debit MasterCard or Visa Debit card

    Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted.
    Foreign credit/debit cards are also not accepted.
    You also cannot use the funds from your Fizz Wallet to pay for your monthly plan.

    Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:

    1- In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
    2- Click on Payment methods.
    3- Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
    4- Now make your way to My plans.
    5- For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
    6- Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.

    Know you must also associate each plan you want to pay with that new card. This is not done automatically.

    If you see the button "Make payment now", click it to make manual payment and your service will be restored within 2 hours.

    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Fizz is prepaid. If Fizz is unable to charge the card you already have on your account, then your service would be suspended on the anniversary date when the payment is past due.

    If this is the case, then you need to go on your account to make a manual payment. Go on your account: My plans >> Manage plan >> Payment method
    If you see the button "Make payment now", click it to make manual payment and your service will be restored within 2 hours.

    Hi Otero,
    As mentioned but Fizzy and Mike, Fizz is prepaid and will only accept pre-authorized payment via Credit Card. Some prepaid credit card are accepted as well as VISA Debit (Tangerine was added today)

    We're sorry to hear about this. I kindly wish to inform you that I checked your account and currently saw no active plans with us. As the other members have mentioned as well, you can use a Canadian credit or debit Visa or Mastercard, prepaid as well, as long as they accept recurring payments.
