Multiple Spam SMS from Fizz concerning usage

Hello, I've received 6 SMS from Fizz with the same messages without being on my phone. "Action required: Your current plan does not include this feature. Please buy at yada yada."
Someone else sent me an SMS "picture" that keeps buffering but never loading. I'm not interested in the picture. Just want to end the spam!
Note: I do not have SMS package included in my mobile monthly. I never text.
Please help end this spam, thank you.

Incoming texts are free with every Fizz mobile plan.

Can you let us know which number the texts are from? Are all the texts from the same number?
Can you post a pic of some of these texts (without posting any of your personal info as this is a public forum) to see if they are indeed legit texts from Fizz.

That other "picture" text you received sounds like a MMS. For MMS texts, you need to have mobile data to view it. If your plan does not include data, Fizz may be offering you the option to buy a data add-on. If this is the case and you have no intention of viewing the picture text, you can try deleting it.
