My friend cannot sign up for a new account?

I used my code to invite a friend. He chose a plan and tried to sign up for a new account but he couldn't. Did Fizz stop accepting new customers?

What kind of error is your friend getting?
Note that some email address domains (like those of other providers: sympatico.ca) are not accepted by Fizz.6 -

Fizz is accepting new customers, as usually, they also give you 40$
If your friend was not able to create a new account, he needs to try with a different browser or a browser in private mode.
The email from other providers are disabled, therefore, tell him to use an email such as gmail, live, etc
Your friend can always contact the support to have more information on this problem.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-kind-of-rewards-do-i-earn-for-inviting-friends
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.5 -
It's hard to say without knowing what the error is. It would probably be best to write to Fizz chat.1

Does your friend has applied your referral code for a second Fizz plan?
You can used only referral code for one new Fizz plan (one for the mobile, one for the internet).1 -

Can you please tell us exactly what kind of error did your friend ran into.
You mentioned that he chose a plan meaning that he already registered his account but couldn't subscribe to that specific plan under his account?
