Hi Benoit
Yes you can, you need to set the router in bridge mode

In bridge mode, the two (2) Wi-Fi radios built into your Fizz Wi-Fi modem will be deactivated, thus disabling its Wi-Fi capabilities.
1- Open an Internet browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
2- Identify yourself using the following login information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: **enter your Wi-Fi password**
3- Select General
4- Select Gateway
5- Disable the option ''Residential Gateway function''
6- Click Ok11 -
For sure, fizz router is good but limited fonctions. Like mike said put the fizz router in bridge mode. I did not at fist and I got drop connection all the time, since bridge mode no problems whit my asus router.13

Yes you can. I definitely works better that way. The included wifi is far from optimal.7

Yes you can. Put the router in bridge mode for that.

Just a quick note about your modem after putting it in bridge mode. The modern will not appear on your network with the same subnet as assigned by your router (ex: it won't be in the 192.168.1.x IP range, if that's what your router assigns as IP addresses). To access your modem, it will now have IP address 192.168.100.1 instead. This is useful if you need to make changes to your modem like reboot it or remove the bridge mode without performing a factory reset. This is surprisingly not very well documented.1
