How can I find my account password?

So I'm planning to switch my carrier. the new carrier asked about my account number and account password with Fizz. I only can find my account number but failed to find the password. Is there any way for me to find it?

Sorry to see you go. In order to transfer your number, the only info you need to give to your new provider is Fizz account number and your full name exactly as registered on your Fizz account.

I don't see how account password would be of any use to them. Do you mean your account PIN or the IMEI of your phone? I believe the PIN would have been texted to your phone when you first signed up for Fizz mobile. BTW if you have the account number, you should not need to give the PIN.
