Can you give more informations?
Unless you transferred it to another mobile provider, you can reuse your Fizz phone number up to 60 days after unsubscribing, whether to reactivate your plan or to use it for another plan in your account.
If you unsubscribe, you need to reactivate it before transfer it
How to reactivate your Fizz account when you have a SIM card:
1- Go to the Reactivate page and log into your account.
2- Review or adjust your plan details and click Confirm.
3- Verify your phone number (if you are reactivating within 60 days) or select a new phone number. Learn more about changing your phone number
4- Review your addresses and plan details, then click Submit.
5- You go to the payment interface to pay for the first month of your new plan.

If your account is frozen because you add problem with the payment, but it is active
Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:
1- In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2- Click on Payment methods.
3- Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4- Now make your way to My plans.
5- For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
6- Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.
Know you must also associate each plan you want to pay with that new card. This is not done automatically.

Once your default payment method is all set and up-to-date for this plan, look for the Make my monthly payment button in your account. This will trigger a payment attempt, and your service will be reactivated once the payment is confirmed.

Thank you for your message. Rest assured I see that you were able to reach us regarding the reactivation of the services, the plan is active and in good standing now. You will be able to find the account number by logging in to your Fizz account and going to My Plans - Manage Plan, right underneath your phone number.
