today at 7:30pm i got no internet service...pls i need it to work!

Hi Gerardo
It can be a momentary problem in your sector. Can you try to turn off the modem for 2 minutes?
Check the led status. If one of the 2 arrows is off or flashing this means that you have a problem with the signal from the coaxial cable, can be a problem with in your sector. Turn off the modem, disconnect the coaxiale cable, waith 2 minutes, connect the coaxial cable, reconnect the power cable, wait 2 minutes and try to connect. If this does not help it can be a problem in your sector.
Are you connected to the modem by wifi or ethernet cable? Does the problem affect both?

Sorry for the situation encountered.
I have verified and your internet plan is active, so everything should work properly.
In my tools your modem is online and the signals are alright, also there are is no work carried out in your area affecting the services.
Can you also please unplug the modem from the power outlet, unscrew the coaxial cable from both ends then plug it tightly back in and connect the modem to a different outlet?
