I used the referal code of a friend for the 40$... but I can't see the 40$ anywhere and neither my friend. Very disappointed by FIZZ who doesn't answer me, but is not shy to charge me the full price of the subscription TODAY even if the installation is in 2 weeks.

For your information, some referral bonuses are not showing in the account of certain members. Fizz is aware and wants to reassure you: no bonuses will be lost! It’s a display issue our teams are currently working on, and everything should be back to normal shortly.
You can contact Fizz support by chat for help, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-kind-of-rewards-do-i-earn-for-inviting-friends
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.7 -
Zacolecoco you can see your referral bonus in your account go in MY PROFILE and after REFERRAL BONUSES. If nothing is written here reach Fizz Chat with Fizz.

Fizz is prepaid, therefore they always charge before the service is provided. Now you paid for the first month. However, your payment cycle for the internet will begin on the day of installation, so your next payment will be one month following the day of installation.7

I checked your account and I see that you subscribed to our internet service and indeed a referral code was added. I also notice the installation appointment is in December. Rest assured that once the installation is complete and the plan is active, the referral bonus will appear in My Profile - Referral bonuses.
Regarding the charge upon subscription, since we're a prepaid service the payment does pass when you subscribe. However, your monthly payment cycle will start with the delivery of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem. More information can be found on our page: https://fizz.ca/en/internet/how-it-works
