Referral bonus not showing up?

I just referred 2 people and when I went to check the referral bonus tab on my account it didn't show up, I only see previous referrals I've done. Will it only show up after the 2 months when it is applicable?

Fizz wrote in their FAQ help page:
"For your information, some referral bonuses are not showing in the account of certain members. Fizz is aware and wants to reassure you: no bonuses will be lost! It’s a display issue our teams are currently working on, and everything should be back to normal shortly."

If you are having issue with the credit, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-kind-of-rewards-do-i-earn-for-inviting-friends
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

To track the status of your invited friends, and know the amount of the referral bonus you'll receive (or referral bonuses if several of your friends activated their plan using your referral code) :

1- Go to My Profile in your Fizz account.
2- Select Referral Bonuses.


You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

Hello Luca,
I kindly inform you that have verified your account and indeed it's only showing one referral bonus.
The referral bonus will only appear once both parties (you and your referral friend) pay two billing cycles.
