Hi Simon
the problem can be in your sector, you can verify with the support.
In the meantime you can try to reboot the modem?
Turn off the modem, disconnect the coaxiale cable, waith 2 minutes, connect the coaxial cable, reconnect the power cable, wait 2 minutes and try to connect. If this does not help it can be a problem in your sector.
Check the led status. If one of the 2 arrows is off or flashing this means that you have a problem with the signal from the coaxial cable, can be a problem with in your sector.
You can also contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)12 -
Hi Simon
It's very windy today. So there are some areas with power and/or internet outages.
Try unplugging your modem from the power outlet for 1 minute.
If the problem continues, you can contact Fizz support for more info: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us12 -
It is not with my phone but with home internet. I did reset my router but it didn't fix the issue. My hydro power just flickered as I answered this so I am guessing there are some kind of troubles in my area.11

Hi Simon
Hydroquebec has 3 outages in Montréal

If you live nearby, one of these zones (couples of streets) can be the problem, sometime the Vidéotron distribution box can be without electricity couple of streets from you.11 -
Yeah I had issues in Saint-Laurent. It was only a few seconds a couple times.12

Hello Simon,
We sincerely apologize about this situation. I kindly wish to inform you that I verified your account and the plan is active and in good standing, there are also no maintenance works currently carried out in your area. However, I see that there is currently no connection from our network to your modem.
In this case, I will suggest a few manipulations you can try. Please plug your modem in a different electrical outlet, without an extension cord or extender and also make sure that the cables, especially the coaxial, are firmly plugged at both ends, at the outlet and the modem. If the issue persists with the modem in another electrical outlet and everything is alright with the cables, I invite you to please perform a factory reset of the modem by using a sharp object to press on the small button behind the modem for 15-20 seconds, then let the modem reboot itself. Please know that doing this will reset all the configurations you have made to your Wi-fi modem settings. After doing this, the network password will be the one from your white sticker under Default pass key name.
If after the factory reset there is still no connectivity, please reach out to us so we can further assist, Simon: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Thank you so much for your understanding.
Have a lovely day,
