why i cant receive international sms anymore?

here we are users, did you try to reboot the phone?
You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-text-messages
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.5 -

Try restarting your phone. You may have to do some troubleshooting.
Are they sending SMS or MMS? Do you both have Apple or Android phones?
Are you able to receive SMS from others? Are you receiving local SMS?
Are those senders able to send SMS to others in Canada?
If it's just international SMS that you cannot receive, please contact Fizz support.5 -

If you have problems contacting Fizz by chat, try Facebook Messenger. Sometimes it is easier and faster this way.

We're sincerely sorry to hear about this. I checked your account and saw that the mobile plan is active and in good standing.
