Trying to create an account for my mother and order her sim card but it keeps telling me error try again later. I have been trying for 3 days.

Joel try with a different browser or in incognito mode. And if anything helped contact Fizz. Chat with Fizz.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz

I understand and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. In this case, I kindly invite you to delete your browser history together with the cache memory and cookies before you try again to create an account.
You can also try this via Incognito mode.
