Your payment failed?

I just received a message that my payement method has failed on my credit card. But i have bben with Fizz since July. and this is the first time it happen to me. Credit card is the same and not expired. i got until 10 pm to fix and i cant delete and put it back on. Can anyone help.

around 10pm fizz will try a second time to make the payment, you have till 10pm to fix any problem with your credit card. If you have
Try to contact the support for this kind of problem it is the best option
If you have an other credit card you can insert it and associate with your plans.

Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:
1- In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2- Click on Payment methods.
3- Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4- Now make your way to My plans.
5- For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
6- Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.12 -

Here we are users just like you. You will have to contact Fizz customer service as soon as possible with this issue.
Sometimes it is easier to reach them by Facebook Messenger than by chat.9 -
It happenned to me too and when I contacted them all they told me was to check my credit card info and sold. Then, contact my bank. Otherwise, they will try again tonight.
To change you credit card info, you have to add a new one before you can delete the old one.6 -

Sorry about it.
Normally, if you havent changed your credit card information, the automatic montly system payment of Fizz is doing it without problem.
Have you been able to contact the Fizz customer service by chat?
Only them can help you if you need to change your credit information.
