Change SIM card?

I just received my new SIM card for my new cellphone but im not able to acces 'change SIM card' on the website ....

    I tried yesterday and I got a white page,
    you must contact the support

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-commander-ma-carte-sim
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Thank you so much for your message. I kindly wish to inform you that at the moment, only we are able to change the sim card for a plan. I checked your account and saw that you were able to reach out to us and we already helped with this. :)
