Sincerely hope someone can help you find a solution.7 -
Hi Clive
You can find an inexpensive LTE/3g booster on Amazon or other sites and if it doesn't work, you can return it.
I also suggest to search online. There are many available.8 -
Clive a fizz user said few months ago...For me since a few years I use this one from Amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/-/fr/gp/product/B01F4RPA4O/ref=ppx_...

Hello Clive,
We're sorry to hear that you're currently encountering a situation with your signal. I checked your account and saw that your mobile plan is active and in good standing. In order to be able to help remedy this, we will need as much information as possible, whether it's only a data situation for example or you simply have weak network in certain areas. I kindly invite you in this case to reach out to us so we can make the necessary verifications and help: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
I can also share this page with you, that you may find helpful: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-can-i-do-if-mobile-network-coverage-is-weak-or-inaccessible
Thank you so much and I wish you a lovely day,
