i got problem making an account for my mother. it says something like error try later

when i start i enter the information but its seem to load then it returns me back to the login page saying error try later

    Did you use an email from an other providers? This is not allowed.

    Did you try to use a different browser?

    In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm

    1- Log in to your account (see top right).
    2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
    3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
    4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

    Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

It's possible the account was already created with that email, which is why the system won't allow you to sign up again with it and create your mother's account. In this case, I suggest checking the email including the spam folder, to see if a validation mail was received and activate the account.
