Chat should be clickable link

Chat to customer support should be clickable link instead of waiting for chat bubble. Waiting for more than 20min but still no sign of bubble. Would be easy for people to chat directly if it was a clickable link.

I am logged in 3 different browser but still no chat bubble appears.

the green bubble should appear in the bottom right.

You can contact us on Live chat by using any of our FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as this one:

You just need to access an FAQ, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the chat bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
