You should contact Fizz support directly for this.
To do so, first log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.11 -
You need to open a new account and activate a new plan.8

How long ago did you cancel? Or is your internet service still working?
If you have already returned the modem to Fizz, then you will need to activate a new plan.
If you still have the modem, you can contact Fizz support to discuss the options available to you.
You can Live chat with Fizz support from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -
