I got charged for a device gateway why?
I got charge for a modem or device or something for 150dollars, for an address I discontinued months ago, and I returned the device back then they confirmed they received it.. I got a new device for a new address and I installed it myself why am I getting charge 150 dollars thats crazy I cant afford that especially for a device Im not using ? why am I getting charged for this please help.

It seems there was a mix up. You will need to contact Fizz and show your proof of return.
After confirmation, they will refund the charge back to your card.
You can Live chat with Fizz support from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/lost-or-broken-modem
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -
