1 out of 2 SIM card was missing

I order 2 SIM cards, but I only received 1 of them. The delivery status showed both cards were delivered. I like to know what happened? The package I got only had 1 card.

usually the support ask to buy a new one and after activating it to ask for the refund.
Try to chat with the support
here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
