The page to change my sim doesn’t work. Seems very strange that it just doesn’t work

you are the second one with this problem today
If you locked your account because you lost your SIM, you need to unlock it before having the opportunity to replace it.
Unblock your plan by sending to Fizz a form Report that you found your phone/sim

Please contact the support in order to receive some help by chat if this does not help, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/lost-stolen-mobile
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -
you only have to restart your phone after you insert it to your phone1
