connect to your control panel
https://fizz.ca/ or https://zone.fizz.ca
Login top right, click on the man icon go to My Plan -> Manage Plan -> Change SIM Card
If it does not work, try using your browser in private mode.
here's how to contact customer support by chat if you still have problems, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-order-sim-card
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -

It looks like this self-serve feature on our account no longer works.

To chat with our Customer Service team: Log into your Fizz account >Then, make your way to the Solution Hub. With the help of the search tool, access the help FAQ related to your issue. The chat bubble will appear in the lower right-hand corner.
