i ve been charged 8.00 for nothing. 2 days before my usual payement. i didn t ask fir an add on or anything

Contact the support in order to have a refund, try to check the history transaction to see the detail

To see a list of all your Fizz transactions:
1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2- If you have more than one plan, choose the plan you wish to see transactions for.
3- Scroll to the bottom of the usage summary and click on Transaction history.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-payment-cycles-work
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -

Please logon your Fizz account to see your active plan(s). You can also see the transaction history of each plan.
For excessive or unauthorized charges or payment issues, please contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

and click to see this charge.
If you consider you have to get a refund;
You need to contact the Fizz customer service by chat.
Stay log to your Fizz account.

This is a forum and it's answered by mostly users (Customers) just like you. If you are unable to find the transaction as per Mike guidance, I would recommend you contacting Fizz so they can help you with this situation.

Unfortunately if for some reason, someone else has access to your Fizz account or to your credit card information, they could make unauthorized purchases.
This is why we suggest to check your account first. If you don't see anything, feel free to contact Fizz support, because we are users in this forum and we cannot see why you were unexpectedly charged $8.
