                    I've reached level 4 and when I try to activate a reward, it says I have to wait until sept 30th, which was a month ago.
What can be done?

 contact the support in order to have it fixed, it is a GUI bug
 You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
 1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
 2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
 3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7

 I can see on my end that the ticket created for the situation you encountered received an update and you were provided with a reply on the matter approximately a day ago.
