I tried different browsers and deleted the cookies. but still the error message appears.

Bahare, I just verified and I still can't use mine after having done the recommendations from Fizzy's post. I'm not sure this week is by usable anymore. Contact customer support with the green chat bubble or through Facebook messenger to have the situation clarified since there's not much we can do in this forum.7
