Adrian you probably have the simple installation..? Try to unplug the modem to see if it’s change something. And try to unplugged every cable in it. Look here some advice https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it

When you first plug in your Wi-Fi modem, it will make its system update(s). It may need to reboot after about 15 minutes. You have to let it run to fully update.
If you are experiencing any issues, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.10 -
