Data Rollover notification?
Today I received a notification from FIZZ saying : You just got your first rollover. We applied 2.7GB to your next billing period. My bill cycle is on the 30 (message was received on the 25th) . Is this normal to receive this message 5 days in advance or did I get a notification in error?

The notification could be an error. Do you have more than one plan on that account?
It's best to check your plan status directly on your account. You will see exactly how much mobile data you have and its expiry date.
If any issues, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-rollover-and-how-does-it-work
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.11 -
Yes, it's normal to receive such notification a few days in advance. Your data actually will rollover on the renewal date of your plan.11

Alex, yes it's normal. They're just warning you in advanced. If you continue on using your data the rollover quantity will be that of the the payment date, 30th, and not the warning date, 25th.11

Rest assured, it's ok to receive that notification a few days before the plan renews. Your data will actually rollover on the renewal date of your plan.
