How does one use the Bixi 30 min free ride perk?
Every time I click it, it says "There has been an error, please try again later". Is there something else I need to do first?
It looks like the perk is glitched. Please contact Fizz support for help
You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link:
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Mine used to say you need to download the Bixi app and by use by it entering a code but I get the same error message. I'm sure it'll be resolved.
You might have to contact Fizz on this one.
In this case, I kindly invite you to delete your browser history together with the cache memory and cookies before you try again to acquire the perk.
Also, you can try to do so from Incognito mode or a different browser or device.
