Why can't I gift data I get from perks?

You should be able to, as I recently gifted the 500MB that Fizz gave away for their two year anniversary. I would contact Fizz customer support. Easiest way is thru Facebook Messenger; they usually reply within a couple of hours.

Manny, you can gift the Perk but you can't apply it to your account and then gift it afterwards. If you gift the Perk this won't count towards obtaining the data gifting badge, only gifting data that is not rolled over from your current month will get you that badge.

If the receiving person's privacy setting is Incognito, you won't be able to gift him data.
To change privacy setting he should go to Profile => Privacy and change to Full experience or Exclusive.

Hi Manny. You have to give the perk of data, not the data from using perk. You can give unused data from a plan, not from a perk. Next time, give the perk before using it.

Thanks guys, so if it's possible how do I gift the perk? I haven't used it activated the perk yet.

Hello Manny,
If a perk is giftable, rest assured that you can go to your Fizz account in Overview - See Details (My Rewards Program section) - Scroll down to "My Perks" and click on the perk. A "gift" button will appear right there.
