Name on the Invoice?

Is it possible to get an invoice with my name on it? Currently, transaction history doesn't provide the subscriber's name on the invoice. I am currently working from home and I am able to claim internet expense from my work. Although they want the subscriber's name on the invoice. Is there a way to receive an invoice with my name on it?

Hi Hasan

The Fizz invoice shows only your account number. You can also print the service agreement which shows account number along with your name and address.

Hi - This, unfortunately, doesn't solve my problem. Is there a reason why my name is not on the invoice? Is there another invoice that can be requested?

Also, the Customer Number on the Service Agreement appears to be different from the one available on the receipt via the transaction history.

If you are opening the transaction history and services agreement from the same plan, they should both have the same customer account number.

For account specific issues, you can contact Fizz support by Live Chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hi - I only have internet service from fizz and I am opening transaction history and services agreement from the same plan. Although I can clearly see that the customer account number is different. So the information you provided above is not accurate.

On your montly invoice, there is only your Fizz customer number.
To see your adress, you need to print your Services agreement.
Log to your Fizz account.
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Services agreement

When I check mine, both account numbers are exactly the same.

You should Live Chat with contact Fizz customer service to find out what's going on.
