Was trying to help a friend to subscribe and it was apply to my account?

Was it for home internet?
Check back 24 hours after you made the appointment. You will be able to cancel it and Fizz will issue a refund to you.

If you have any concerns, you can contact customer support by chat from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on the help FAQ link above (or any of the help FAQ found in the Solution Hub)
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -

I was trying to help a friend to subscribe for mobile services and somehow I received an email saying that I was the one who subscribed.
I already have an account with you, I don’t need another, so how does this get fixed?
The Email;
"You subscribed to Fizz but didn't finish ordering your SIM card.
Without it, you won't be able to do anything - a Fizz SIM card is key for your Fizz experience.
Order my SIM"6
