I am unable to access any data other WIFI data. Is there something that needs to be installed or activated?

Maybe you need to setup APN on your phone.

If all looks good and you cannot use your phone, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-use-my-phone-to-access-the-internet
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -

Apologies for the encountered issue.
I have verified your account and everything appears to be fine. Have you looked over the FAQ bellow to see if your phone is compatible with the Fizz network?

If the phone is compatible and is an iPhone I suggest to verify through wi-fi if you have the latest iOS and Carrier updated to Fizz version 41. If the phone is an android, please take a look over the link Fizzy provided.
If the problem with the mobile data persists, please reach us directly by chat or Facebook Messenger.
