I cannot order my internet plan?

Hello, I've been trying all day to adhere to your internet plan with my mother refferral. Also, theres a 40$ rebate on the referal code instead of 25$ thats ending today. at the last step, it says there an error and to try again. I've been doing this all day

Note that you will be able to use the referral code only when you're activating the first plan in a new account.
If you continue to receive the error, try clearing your browser cache, restarting your device, and try again with your browser in private mode.11 -
Got the same issue when trying to create the account. But we received an email that they account has been created.. So maybe a bug of the website.7

Could you please contact our support department, by following our contact methods link https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us and present them a picture of the error that you are receiving?
In the meantime, as Fizzy suggested, try deleting your browser history including cookies and cache memory.
Regarding the referral, you are still eligible for the $40 one until the 18th of November.
